why are sellers that don't ship to Canada selling on ebay.ca??

why are sellers from the US that do NOT ship to Canada on Ebay.ca??

Could you please provide a listing number to illustrate your problem.

I can think of two or three reasons....

1) you are actually on the DOTcom site...

2) they signed up for GSP program and therefore have no idea where they ship too anymore (look for the little GSP logo on the lisitings in shipping info)

3) they made an error in their exception lists or did not know how to exclude Canada.
