so there is a company that sells iphones here on ebay.
the buy it now price is $1449 OR you can pick it up at his store for $400 if you just walk in.

I report the listings all the time and yet, he has 100% positive feedback and eBay just lets him keep going..

come on eBay .. really? the guy is circumventing fee's left, right and center..

Because this strategy is not against the rules.

The seller pays FVF from $1449. And he can get INR claim.
