Are you a US resident?

Or are you a snowbird?

If you are a US resident, you can buy or sell on eBay CANADA without changing your address.

If you are a Canadian resident, you can buy or sell on eBay dot COM without changing your address.

And when you set up a listing, you can correct the location of the product as appropriate. Note-- the address on your listing is the address the item will be shipped from, not where you are.

It is actually more important that you have the address you want your parcel to arrive at  on Paypal, but you can have several addresses there and choose among them as appropriate.

From the Account tab on the My eBay Summary page, have you changed both the Registration address  as well as the  Primary shipping address?

Did you remember to Save any changes?
