You are a seller?
You have to use a service that includes tracking/Delivery Confirmation before you can track.
I know that sounds flippant, but not all services are 'trackable'.
,so now i hve to let all my customers no this feature quit working I wouldn't.
That would just encourage sketchey buyers to open fake INR claims. Are you getting a 'tracking' number or even just an invoice number when you print your PP shipping labels? If you are that's all you need.
Do you have a lot of Item Not Recieved claims?
Looking at your recent feedback, it seems most of your items are under $20 and almost all are under $100.
At that level it makes no economic sense to pay extra for trackable service. Instead I would suggest adding a little to your adking price for self-insurance.
This just means putting a few pennies into a virtual Cookie Jar as premiums against the occasional loss.Should you have a claim, you refund out of the Cookie Jar. PP doesn't come into it. If you think the buyer is scamming, you add that person to your Blocked Bidder List.
Because you are selling to a high fraud demographic (coins and gold), you may need tracking just to keep your customers honest of course.
You may also find that including your domestic shipping cost in the asking price (which is called Free Shipping) makes your customers happier. The cost of shipping to the USA can also be reduced to $0.00 if you tweak the asking price carefully. "Free" Shipping does seem to encourage sales and the buyers are a happier lot.
This would be especially true if your shipping cost with tracking is as high or higher than your selling price. Bidders hate and detest that.
