I made 3 offers on an item, one offer had a note attached, and the last offer was only a few dollars from the full price, but all were rejected immediately after clicking confirm button.

The seller has set their Best Offer listing to automatically reject offers that are less than a certain amount. If your offer was close to the buy it now price, you may as well use the Buy It Now since you have exhausted your offer limit.
