I ordered and paid for fishing lures the same day from seller and did not receive them  Their story is that the china customs returned the item to them but they have not refunded my money or answered my question about refunding  They said they would refund it but that was nearly a month ago and I have not receive my money.  Why can they still sell on Ebay when they are a

very bad example of trust.  I cannot afford to keep losing my money on this.  This is the seond time this has happened.   I now use Kijiji a lot.

Please check with eBay (by phone if necessary) and see about opening a case re:  this transaction.  eBay WILL assist you but only if you report this to them.

Of no one reports non-receipt, the seller will go on selling.

Give eBay a chance.  KiJiJi is fine for some things, but you will find a much larger market right here!

I buy and sell on eBay!

PS  You may be over the time limit for opening a case with eBay.  Check with them anyway.  I have been with eBay for five years and have had a few problems which were quickly resolved.  Open a case!

You have up to 45 days from end of sale to file an item not received dispute. Make sure you do not let the deadline expires to file a dispute or to escalate it to a claim.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.

If you let the 45 days for a refund claim lapse, AND you use Paypal to process credit card payments, you can go to the customer service (1-800) number for your card and try a chargeback.

But do paypal first.
