I had a member bid on my item, then retract the bid. Im a new seller but long time buyer. So I looked into their history and noticed 3 bid retractions in 3 months...

Hi sawsdoc.. Because they can. It may be an abuse of retraction policy but will likely continue doing unless ebay raps knuckles.

I would add that ID to blocked bidders list..

He may not know how to use his Watch list.

If you were looking at another seller's stock and saw this, you might suspect that the bidder was shilling the auction (bidding to raise the bids of other bidders, and not to win). Because he is doing this to you, I would add him to my Blocked Bidder List -- this is a Caesar's Wife scenario.
