winning a bid and no contact thereafter with seller

Hi there...I won a bid a few days ago...I have contacted the seller twice now...Nicely...Asking if Package was mailed out or if not when can I expect it to be mailed out? I have not heard a word as yet? I am wondering at what point do i go through e-bay to contact this person...as of now it is through the contact seller button...Something tells me they did not get what they expected for this Item....Thanks

I would wait about 3 weeks and see if the ring arrives before I did anything.

Lots of sellers don't answer emails or post that item is shipped.

If you are really worried you can always get their phone number from ebay and call them.
