This is a public member to member Board for Canadian buyers and sellers.

It is doubtful that your seller will ever see it.

You can reach your seller through the Contact Seller link on the original listing.

It may be useful to know that buying online is mail order, and it normally takes about 20 days from payment for a purchase to arrive from Canada or the USA, about 30 days from Asia.

However, you are covered against items that do not arrive by eBay and by Paypal.

EBay's Buyer Protection is good for 30 days after the estimated date of delivery.

If your purchase  has not arrived before then, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery)you will be refunded.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It will not arrive either.

Do NOT close the Dispute until you have the money back.

All of this is easier if you use a laptop or desktop instead of a phone. If you don't have access to one at school or work, try the public library.

won t by from you again

Hello 'chri-lire'

<< i bought saeco pannarello i didn t know it was going so long to received won t buy from you again>>

If you are in a terrible hurry then mail order shopping is probably not for you.  All mail order is slow, especially these days, and ebay is mail order.

When you buy on ebay you buy from any number of small individual sellers.  Ebay is not a huge supply center who disatches your item from an ebay warehouse somewhere.

How long an item takes depends largely on where the seller is ("item location") and how much you paid for shipping.   Fast shipping services tend to be very expensive, so to save you money sellers will usually opt for the cheapest method they can safely use for mailing items around the world.

Some couriers offer super-fast shipping, but they also cost quite a bit, and some "Express" services are over $100.

If ever an item does not show up, this link explains clearly and easily what to do:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html

Otherwise, when you are in less of a rush you will find ebay to be just about the best place on earth for all sorts of items that you cannot get anywhere else, and which will come (eventually) right to your door.

For now, however, contact your seller to ask when and how it was mailed, note the timelines in the above link for filing a claim if you need to, and wait for your item to show up.
