Are you aware you are not addressing ebay or your seller?
You purchased item 171130735515. The seller expected payment and apparently they have filed an unpaid item dispute against you. If you do not pay, you will get an unpaid item strike. Too many of those and you will find it difficult to make future purchases on ebay.
