Hey, just bought a B.B Simon belt off an auction a while ago and I am wondering why it is undeliverable. I've reviewed the order and the restricted items with GSP and it seems there should be no reason for the hangup.

Who told you it was undeliverable?
Belts are not a restricted item.
Is it made from exotic leather?

There are restrictions on the export and import of certain animal parts.
The usual way of dealing with these is destruction of the offensive item. And nobody gets their money back.

Someone with the fine folks at GSP "may" have decided your item was not genuine and is now holding hostage and further investigations. If that's the case you just need to file a Not Received claim with Ebay for a refund. See link attached.

I found the CITES website rather opaque.
They do seem to have some zebra species listed, but also allow exceptions for domesticated (or game farm, human raised anyway) animals.
The GSP tends to use a pretty wide brush, so they may confiscate anything with zebra hair.
