Broken item returned not accepted by seller

If the seller does not want a broken item to be returned how do I get my refund...

Have you opened a return request? Once a request is opened the seller can choose to refund you immediately or to ask you to return for refund.  If the item was received broken or not as described, make sure that you check that off as the reason for return so that the seller does have to send you a shipping label IF they change their mind and want the item back.

Just reread the title of your thread...are you saying that the return request was already open and that the seller refused the return and didn't refund you? If so, what reason did you choose for the return?

Remember you are protected by the Money Back Guarantee, and the seller doesn't get much say in the Dispute.

You have 30 days from delivery to open a Dispute .

He can pay for Return Shipping and refund you.

He can accept a returned purchase and refund you.

He can refuse a returned purchase and refund you.

You are also covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection for 180 days from payment and by the credit card you use to back your Paypal account.
