They keep sending me DHL. How do I get a prepaid UPS or Purolator?

Is this for a return that was originally sent through eBay International Shipping? If so,  I think they always use DHL for returns.   You can try contacting customer service to see if they will send a different label but I suspect that if you don't want to use DHL you will have to provide and pay for your own label.  Is DHL not available in your location?

Totally depends on who is paying the charges for this return(if it is a return). DHL is consistently more expensive than UPS or Puro options especially if it is not a national discounted rate. Also their windows for pick up times can be extremely long so may not be convenient for all.

According to a search: DHL eCommerce provides domestic and international parcel delivery for high volume business customers. For giggles I did a random quote from Calgary to LA for 2 lb package. Options were 94.00 and 98.00

Found this.

Residential Address
Customers shipping to a home or private residence can activate
specific delivery options by designating the delivery address as
residential. For such shipments, DHL Express will proactively
notify the receiver via email or SMS about the shipment’s
progress. Receivers can then select the most suitable delivery
option via On Demand Delivery. They only make 2 attempts for deliveries. Most likely the OP would need to find an office and deliver in person. Really depends on where they are.

Would be even more critical from a pick up perspective. DHL has a bigger footprint in the USA/ EU. Not so much anymore. It's a collection of agents and sub-agents.

@lielar_1, if the issue is finding a DHL drop-off agent (they call them "express service points"), have you tried looking for one on the DHL website?  They seem to be largely located in Staples stores, but in my geographical area there's also one at a UPS Store and one at a Loomis sub-hub:
