China shipping

Hello does any one know howe long to give before neg feed back can be given for not gotten a item I was going to purchas this pencil from a seller but not sure to avoid China and UK shippments thanks

You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open an Item Not Received case.

Don't worry about a negative feedback deadline, you want to know when you can open an item not received and get your money back if not received by then. The actual date would depend on what shipping service seller was using and what the estimated delivery date showed. You could still leave feedback, but if you didn't receive item, opened a case and got your money back there wouldn't be a need to leave negative feedback.

The unknown is if <going forward> customs delays are now being factored into that equation. If there were any customs delays that technically is not the fault of the shipper. It is not currently spelled out under eBay's TOS page other than the following about tariffs.

@hotrod1975 As estimate gets closer you should be able to monitor (if the shipment included tracking) the closer it gets to the associated due date and react accordingly.
