I bought something on july 31 with estimated delivery before august 11. Being in a hurry for that item and with the seller apparent lack of careness i decided to not wait and claim INR directly on august 12. He did marked as shipped like 4 days after i ordered, only because i messaged him asking if he shipped the item. I'm not even sure he shipped it... He did dropped his item price just after i bought he kinda **bleep** me on that too. Whatever, trust is broken so i decided to not wait with the week end incoming and the fact i need that item quick, i ordered from someone else and asked for a refund
That being said i messaged him on august 11 saying the item was not there, got no answer, claimed a refund on the 12th, still no answer. We're going on the 14th and he's still a ghost. What's the next step to get my refund if he just keep ghosting me?

You opened the INR through the Resolution Centre at the bottom of the page? Not just a demand to him for a refund?
EBay does allow sellers time to react to Disputes.
Just as we sellers have to wait 96 hours after filing an Unpaid Item Dispute, I believe buyers must wait 96 hours (four days) for a response from the seller.
If he does not respond by then, eBay will refund you and go after him for their money. And they have access to his bank account/credit card. He would also get a Dispute, which is a Very Bad Thing.
Did he provide you (or eBay) with a tracking number?
If that shows recent movement, even if not delivery, eBay may give him the benefit of the doubt and a little more leeway.
Being in a hurry for that item
Time is money.
Sometimes if you need it fast, you should be buying locally even if it is a few more loonies.
Your time would be worth 25c a minute at BC minimum wage. Which is also a consideration.
Online shopping is great for low prices and a wide variety of merchandise, but not so good if you need it fast.

I sent him a message on the 11th saying that i would give one additional day for the item to arrive but it did not so then i claimed the INR on the 12th on my ebay order. No response at all from him. And it's not tracked it's 14$. I did not knew if i had to contact ebay or if they're doing the refund by themself thanks, i guess i'll just wait

It's cards plastic toploaders it's really mostly sold on the net. Exactly time is money, i need them to ship my cards and if i don't get my order soon i might need to pause most of my listings until i receive them. I had time to wait, just not one month, i passed that order 15 days ago already and 2 non business days incoming, plus the delay of the delivery of a new order to take. Lettermail is 4-8 business days usually i never had an order passing the delivery time. The way the seller showed obvious lack of careness pushed me to INR quick too, i suspect he might did not shipped it at all and i did not wanted to take the risk to lose one more week. If it's just delayed that's really unfortunate but well

The top loaders sold online on sites like eBay and Amazon are among the most expensive - with prices usually ranging from $10 to $15 for a 25 pack. That's up to $.60 per holder! And that usually doesn't even include shipping, further pushing up your price per-piece.
If you are located in a larger town or city, any hobby or trading card, gaming, comic/collectible store should have them. These stores were having difficulty getting stock this past year mostly due to demand, but availability has gotten much better the last couple months. The stores around me sell them for $4-$6 per 25 pack and best of all, I get them immediately.
I find them sometimes locally on Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace too, but still usually more expensive than from a retail store.
I would get on the net, search for any local hobby or trading card shops and give them a call to check on stock and availability. Even if you're rural and have no card shops easily accessible, pre-plan to pick some up on your next trip into the city and stock up so you're never in a situation that might impact your sales. This will also get your per-piece shipping cost down.
On a side note about top loaders, use them sparingly. You can get 2 cards in penny sleeves in each top loader. For card lots, I usually just use a team bag and penny sleeves and no top loaders. Use your judgement. There is no rule that every card needs it's own toploader, especially more common cards. The toploader is purely to get the item safely from point A to B.

Depends on how you wanna run your things in my opinion. It's nice for the buyers to have ''free'' toploaders included, pretty sure they feel gifted. But yeah i'm not giving away 1 toploader for every single card if it's a multi cards order, unless it would be like 15$+ cards
Thanks for the info btw about the price in card stores. I said that it's more an internet item mostly cause card stores are kinda a rare thing. I did not even knew that people sell them at 200-300% the retail price that's crazy... Such a robbery... Won't buy on the net again now haha. Can't believe a few months ago i bought a 25 ultra pro premium pack (not knowing they were premium) for like 20$, and it was the best price on amazon! And i just noticed recently those toploaders were curved just a bit and so rigid that they fked up some of my biggest cards in my personal collection... Cards took the toploaders curves. Even the penny sleeves and the team bags actually you made me realised after researchs that i paid 2x-3x the retail price this is crazy
Luckily the one i ordered now on ebay i got 70 pieces for 21$ that's not that bad, it's the ultra pro 35 packs i kinda like their softness too
