Hello,

On February 28/21 Seller ship 2 Items together in one Package.

EBay expected Delivery time was from March 9- March 16.

The Items didn't arrive until April 1 , I opened INR case .

Ebay Partialy Refunded for both Items.

I reach CS , they told me they put second Item case on Hold ???? They collecting more Information.

Both Items are shipped together in one package , combined shipping .

Can someone explain to me what is this ?

Did you open two inr cases? If the items were two different listings, I don't think that it matters if they were shipped together, you still have to open a case for both.

Sorry if I have misunderstood but are you saying that you have received a partial refund and then you received both items but you still want the rest of the refund? Or have you sent the items back?

Did you really receive a "partial refund for both items" or did you receive a full refund for only the first item?

I never received Items, that's why open cases.

Yes, the Items are sold separatelly , shiped together ( combine shipping ).

I opened cases separately ( 2 cases).

EBay Refunded Partialy for both Items .

On my Purchase History is s shown on both Items - Partialy Refund.

On Pay Pal shows - Refunded for Transaction # ***** , not showing any Item I bought .

Only amount of money they Refunded and say case resolved .

Total amount was

160.00 Euros + 16.00 Euros shipping

Ebay Refunded 91.00 Euros for Items , shipping and Tax , Case Resolved .

I think the OP meant the items still hadn't arrived "by" April 1, not "until" April 1, so they opened a case. A later post by them clarifies that the items never showed.

If I’m understanding you correctly, you said that a Customer Service rep informed you that the second case was put on hold as more information needed to be obtained.

Because you made two claims, I believe what you have received so far is a refund for one item and the shipping price for that one item, and somebody has to work out how to give you a refund for the second item and the balance of the shipping you were charged.

Because we’re in the middle of a long weekend right now, I suggest calling Customer Service again around Wednesday to get this clarified if there’s no sign of a second refund by then.
