Do I need to pay duties/tax for international shipping?

I bought an item from Korea to Canada

I checked the tracking number on Canada Post:

The item has arrived at the destination facility for final sorting before delivery. Look for an "Out for Delivery" scan today or tomorrow to know when delivery will occur. You can also sign up for email notifications.

But do I need to pay for the duties? I don't see the "pay" button on the tracking tools.  Do I need to pay duties door-to-door?

Duty, taxes and handling fee ($9.95) could be charged -- either at the door or when you pick up at a post office/postal outlet.   You won't know until it shows up.  Payment: cash, credit card or debit card.

Items worth less than $20 should not be charged -- lots of items sent via the post office worth more than can slip through without fees. Luck of the day.
