EBAY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTOMERS , I ORDERED 2 ITEMS ON E BAY , ONLY RECIEVED ONE , AND THE ONE I RECIEVED DOES NOT WORK , I CONTECTED THE SELLER AND ASKED FOR A PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL I WAS DENIED , SELLER WANTS ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK , SELLER  WANTS ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE , AND ASKED FOR A  REFUND , WAS DENIED AGAIN , ASKED EBAY FOR HELP , THOUGHT I WAS COVERED WHEN RECIVING A RONG ITEM THAT DOES NOT WORK AND ONLY RECIEVING ONE ITEM INSTEAD OF THE TWO I WAS SOPESED TO RECIEVE , EBAY REFUSED TO REFUND ME OR HELP ME IN ANY WAY , SHOW HOW MUCH YOU CAN COUNT ON EBAY , SHOWS HOW MUCH EBAY CARES ABOUT THEIR COSTOMERS . EBAY IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO DO ONLINE SHOPPING ,

PARAGRAPHS ARE YOUR FRIEND, & WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING?

 

If you only received one of two items, why have you not opened an "Item, not as described" request and requested a refund using that option?

 

Did you open a formal eBay request or did you only message the Seller?

If you opened a formal dispute and were refused, you are still covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection, although PP does insist that the buyer return the item at his own expense.

 

And you can enquire with the credit card you backed your PP account with about a chargeback on the failed transaction.  Card policies differ.

 

If you paid with a gift card or a debit card (e-cheque) you have learned a life lesson. Don't use either for online buying.
