So I went to checkout my order and it said this message (Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status.) What does that mean? And how can I fix it?
Some Sellers place Buyer limits on how much stuff can be bought from the Seller in a given time period (this restriction is only for low feedback buyers).

I'm not a low feedback buyer and I received the same message.
Could there be any other reasons?
Thanks

Being a technodolt, I usually will try again immediately, or five minutes later, and often the problem has solved itself.
Or I close down the computer completly and have a short walk, then try again.
Both gives the gnomes inside the machine time for a coffee break.
It is possible that your seller does not ship to Canada or to post office boxes . Those Blocks can usually be seen though.
It is sometimes helpful to contact the seller and ask if she can spot the problem.
