Every item ordered off of ebay broken or missing pieces!!!

There needs to be a way that Ebay can look into all these sellers who are sending out damaged or items not as described. The last five items I have purchased off of here have either been damaged beyond use or missing essential pieces to make the items work even though it clearly states it includes these items. Does ebay look into negative feedback and do something about it for us buyers? Im a seller and a buyer off of Ebay and when I ship out my items, they are properly packaged and make it safe to their buyers. There has to be a way to stop these scammers out there that are selling us items that are already broken or packaged so horribly that the items are damaged beyond repair by the time they get to us. You need to look into these sellers that are getting negative feedback and penalize them if necessary to stop this from happening. Its not fair to us buyers out here expecting items to be properly sent out and having everything as described. I think it should be a three strike rule and then risk suspension for negligence on here. I wont be buying anything more on here. Buyer beware is right!!!!

Why do you leave positive feedback for all your sellers?

If there is a problem and the seller does not rectify it, you should be leaving neutral or negative feedback.

Looks like you are a Newbie, are you leaving feedback before the item arrives ?

Some new sellers make the mistake of doing that.
