CONTACT the seller ASAP before the item gets shipped out.

If already shipped, do you have mail forwarding set up with the post office?

You have to change your address in Paypal as soon as possible.

Just asking the seller to correct it is possible, but he is required for Seller Protection to ship only to PP addresses.

You also should get in touch with the new tenants and ask them to readdress any mail that arrives for you. Most people are cooperative if approached politely.
