I was robbed, Do not buy from this seller, they do not take responsibility for their products, I bought a imaxb6 charger...I received it broken and now they are ignoring me

At the bottom of this page is the ResolutionCentre.
Open an Item Not As Described dispute.
The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.
You've already tried that, so go on to the next step.
Ask eBay to step in and escalate to a Claim.
The seller will be told to send you a Return Shipping Label.
If he doesn't*, he will lose the Claim and you will be refunded
If he does, send off the broken item. Make sure the Shipping Label includes Proof of Delivery.
When the item shows as delivered to the seller, you will be refunded,
You have only 30 days from delivery for this, so act immediately.
If the 30 days have passed, you can claim through Paypal, but it requires you to pay for return delivery.
* And if he is not in Canada, this is actually impossible, but eBay doesn't want to know that.
