I won something from the UK and it's around GBP 110. It says that "No additional import charge on delivery" yet there is a of GBP 15. Does that cover everything or do I still need to pay for something once the courier has it? Sorry if this sounds stupid but I'm a new user.

It looks as though you're looking at an item that's going to be forwarded to you through the Global Shipping Program rather than shipped directly to you.
"Import charges" on an item forwarded through the GSP consist of any taxes and duty a bot estimates are due on the item plus various processing charges. They're what another carrier might charge at the door or after the fact for your item if the direct shipping method doesn't already build them into the shipping price.
So "no additional charges at delivery" means exactly that. There should be links on the listing page to more information on the Global Shipping Program should you need it.

Thank you. I was dreading the price already and didn't want to pay any extra fee for a $180 item. This is what the checkout looks life for an extra info.

£15.11 seems pretty reasonable for import charges to me, particularly if you're in a province that has HST rather than GST. 13% HST would make up about £13.91 of the import charges. 5% GST would make up about £5.35 of the import charges.

Just for comparison, if your seller had shipped by mail, you would be liable for the same duty and Sales Tax plus Canada Post's service charge of $9.95 before CPO would hand over the parcel.
You might also have to pickup at the PO, rather than a doorstep handover, since carriers don't seem to take in payments at the moment.
Given the value, you might want to mark your letterbox Do Not Safe Drop if you have any problems with porch pirates or the parcel will be bulky.
