Item is stuck in Erlanger KY.

I live in Canada and purchased a BGS 10 Population 1 pokemon card and a Supreme Zippo lighter on eBay, both items very valuable. Both got to Erlanger and were never again updated. I tried using other tracking apps and they just get there and disappear. Got great deals on both late at night, this is why a refund seems like half the issue. I would like to know why items get there and then vanish. Quite often, we are spending lots of time to win these auctions... are they being stolen? If so, someone should probably look into who is doing it. Keeps being the rarest items ironically.

Did you item say it was delivered in Erlanger, KY? Mine is supposed to be coming to Canada but not sure if there will be any other updates as its saying Delivered?

just got the same message. did you end up getting your item? if so how long from when it updated to Delivered was it that you got your item?

Your seller ships to Erlanger KY, which is the GSP plant.

It is pre-cleared there for Canadian customs (you paid import fees which cover this) and added to the manifest for a truckload of packages headed for Canada.

I had a similar problem with GSP. They stopped an item that they claimed was on their "restricted list". I would love to know on what basis their "restricted list" was developed. It certainly was not grounded in law, Canadian or American, that I have been able to locate. And I know the law. After much time and searching I was able to reach someone in the GSP and they advised that the item would not be delivered to me or returned to the vendor. I got a refund eventually, after contact. I try not to purchase anything where vendor uses the GSP, certainly not anything that I value. I agree with one respondent who asked eBay to clearly mark items that go through the GSP. Of course you can tell by the outrageous shipping costs in the listing.
