My concern is that you purchased off-eBay.
That would explain why your purchase was not showing on the UK site.
Did the seller text you or request your phone or email contact information?
In addition to the Money Back Guarantee, you are covered by the chargeback policy of the credit card you actually bought with. If you used Paypal, you have another form of Buyer Protection.
Do you know how to post a screenshot of the "documents"? You should be able to blank out your personal information.

Another thought, UK sellers have a Seller Protection program called the Global Shipping Program (GSP).
Were you charged import fees when you received the item or when you paid for the item?
GSP does not want returns. If we did figure out your problem, you might not be asked to return the item to the seller.

You have been asked specific questions.
We can't help you if you do not reply tothem.
Was there an address on the package?
Why do you want to return the purchase?
What do you mean by documents?
Was the GSP used to ship the purchase?

I have the documents showing my purchase. Yes I can scan them.
Seller did not text me for phone no. and yes she has my email. She was nasty in the email.
I used Paypal to make the purchase. They too are trying to solve my problem.
This is becoming a nightmare.
Who do you want me to send the scanned documents?

I AM RETURNING BECAUSE THE TOP IS TOO SMALL.

Just post them here.
But these are paper documents? Most eBay information is electronic. I can't remember getting anything on paper from eBay in over 20 years on the site. Except a Christmas card from one of the Pinks (eBay employees).
How did she get your email? Do you mean she has been contacting you through eBay Messages, which also turn up on your email page?
I used Paypal to make the purchase. They too are trying to solve my problem.
If you have a Claim open through PP, eBay will not look at your Claim here.
It's a ladder.
The first step is eBay. If you lose there, you can go to Paypal. If you lose there you can go to your credit card.
But if you open a PP Claim before or during your eBay Claim, eBay will close the claim with them. (And if you go to your card before the PP claim is completed, PP will close that Claim.)
No double-dipping.

Returning because the top is too small is Buyer Remorse, usually.
So you will be paying for the return shipping.
Was there a return address on the original package?

item was purchased Oct.2, 2022, got it Oct.20,2022

As femmefan mentioned, now that a Paypal claim is open, they will have to decide if you can send the item back for a refund.

Yes, there is an address but hard to make out.
I have all the documents showing the purchase etc.
I purchased the top online thru Ebay on my visa.
not sure if GSP was used, have to look.
