My first experience with the Global shipping program

My first experience using the Global Shipping Program and I am quite impressed.

I bought a set of ten paperback books from a seller in Los Angeles

I was hesitant to do so as they used the Global Shipping Program but they were by an author not often found in Canada or the USA so I took a chance.

Well I made the purchase last Friday exactly one week ago from today and the Canpar driver delivered them to me in Hamilton Ontario about an hour ago.

Just out of curiosity, what made you hesitant to buy from a seller using the GSP, and what impressed you about it?  It sounds like it was the delivery time, but I'm not completely certain about that.

I was hesitant because of all of the Horror Stories posted on this site.

I also like to know which company is handling the delivery.

I have Canada Post trained to leave packages on my porch even if I am not at home but some other delivery services won't cooperated. 

Fed Ex is the worse I have a $20.00 Taxi Ride each way if I have to pick up from them.

However I knew it was coming today because I had been following it on the tracking and everything went smoothly. 

I now have ten books to get me through the remaining twelve weeks  of winter
