Options for Writing to EBay?

A seller in China sold me a counterfeit product. When I pointed out that the product was counterfeit, he acknowledged in writing that it was not OEM as the title said it was.

So I wrote a review about the seller, help make others aware that he sells counterfeit products. It was a reasonable review, no offensive language or anything like that. But EBay removed it promptly with no explanation why and won't let me write a new review.

Googling "EBay facilitates counterfeit", I found a Reddit site where someone says they experienced something similar, and their review got deleted because the seller accepted a return. Like EBay has a policy that we can't leave negative reviews if the seller accepts a return.

That's facilitating counterfeits though. Chinese sellers can sell counterfeits, and if the buyer doesn't catch it, they get away with selling counterfeits. Or if the buyer does catch it, EBay has a loophole that lets sellers mute buyers from writing reviews to make others aware of the counterfeit.

So I want to get confirmation from EBay as to whether the buyer accepting a return is why my review got deleted. Calling isn't an option though because I want to get their answer in writing so I can subsequently refer to it if necessary. Their chat doesn't work well for that though because I can't save that like an email. Are there any ways to write to EBay in a format that can be saved for future reference if needed?

(P.S., they're still letting that seller sell the counterfeit product, despite me submitting evidence it's counterfeit and the seller acknowledging in writing that it is. EBay is literally facilitating counterfeits because they make money off it)
