I recently tried to pay for an ebay item using my ebay bucks & to my frustration, the code supplied by ebay to me was deemed unvalid.
I tried all types of work-arounds which were ineffective:
(1) Typed in code instead of using copy & paste
(2) Used a different Browser
(3) Restarted my computer
(4) Tried using a Samsung Tablet to pay
(5) Even called ebay for assistance
(6) Tried to apply the ebay bucks to another seller
And.....the one solution that finally worked was that I had to log out of ebay.ca & log back in on ebay.com
The ironic thing is that last week my ebay bucks was applied OK even though I always use ebay.ca
Hope this will help any Canadian ebayers trying to use their ebay bucks before they expire.
