Have an oddball issue here. My boss ordered an item that cost over $500USD on eBay.com after shipping. He didn't have an account, he purchased with a CC as a one-time transaction. The item arrived damaged (horribly so), and I wasn't sure how to go about putting in a case and getting a refund. Also, he wasn't sent any form of proper receipt from eBay. He created a new account today thinking he could link the transaction to this new account, but I highly doubt that's do-able. Suggestions?
