Seller domestic shipment delay

My question: how long do I wait before move forward on action? Today is day 7.

You have 30 days from the last estimated date for delivery that eBay gave you to open a Dispute for Non-Delivered in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

You can also dispute on Paypal for 180 days from payment.

But since it is moving (however slowly) I just be patient.

In my 30+ years in mail order it takes about 20 days for delivery anywhere in North America and 30 from overseas.

Because the seller used FedEx, I will presume he is in the USA because; reasons.  You will probably be paying duty at the door and almost certainly sales tax if the value is over $40 plus the FEx service charge.

Most likely your recent purchase was sent Fedex ground. (Riviere du Loup shipment?)All scanning with ground service can vary at times when it comes to consistency. You may want to use the Fedex website and sign up for parcel updates. My guess is you should see delivery in 5 to 10 business days depending on where you are located.

According to the Fedex website expect 12 to 14 days based on your location.
