Sellers have to much authority (the ones who scam)

I have been dealing for the two years off and on various and recent buyers  take your money. The never send the item after waiting and waiting and then decline your request to cancel order. They want your money and never send the item. So now the buyer has to wait days to weeks to get a refund. There needs to be a rule sellers that do fraud should be banned.

There is also a difference between a seller and a buyer and your post is very confusing as to who is who, what is what,which is which...
