You could ask to cancel the order, but the Seller still has to agree (but it might wake him up).

Otherwise you have to wait until you can open a refund claim for item-not-received.
As for negative feedback, I'd wait until after you either have a refund or have the watch.

Some sellers never bother updating -- I've dealt with 2 over the last 5 years (stuff arrived in both cases).
I can see why you are worried about this high cost purchase from a seller who normally sells items that are much less expensive.
