Avoid this Seller! *** is dishonest.

I recieved a broken phone from this seller (listing was a lie) and he never refunded me even after it was confirmed delivered (I paid for return shipping). He agreed to the refund and then because of the canada post strike the item arrived late and because he knew he could get away with it he just ghosted me. Ive been trying to get a response from him to no avail for the past 3 months.
