eBay sller only selling by paypal F&F option

I was browsing on eBay and saw a listing and I clicked on it

I was looking at the description then I see that the ebay listing states that I can only buy the product on PayPal F&F, PSC, Bank Transfer or Credit Card

Scroll all the way down, I messaged him on eBay and told me to talk with him on another messaging app. When I did he told me I can only pay on paypal F&F option. He wanted to scam me that way, because there's no way I can refund on paypal F&F option.

I reported him on eBay and it's been a month and nothing has happened? One last thing, what is it with the 71 people watching all the time? I highly suspect these are bots because it's always the same amount of people watching when I look at the listing. I just figured out all his others listings have the same amount of viewers.

For those who are not aware, paypal F&F option makes you transfer money to another person and never be able to refund because its for friends & family.

(1) Payment methods not allowed on eBay ------- Bank transfer.....  Buyer not protected

In the duplicate post, the OP mentions that the seller is German.

Bank transfers are normal on the German site. Cheap and easy.

The F&F is very naughty.

To say nothing of the link and the off-eBay offer.

And the location is given as New York.

However, it is my understanding that digital items like this have no Buyer OR Seller protection.

We don't discuss account specific actions regarding other members, but I've made a number of reports regarding this.  

When it comes to a digital service being offered, there is limited protection available, though it would be treated on a case-by-case basis.
