item broken and only 1/2 received - site does not allow tracing back to contact the seller

I purchased an item as a guest although I am a member.  The item came broken and only 1/2 was received.  The seller does not take returns.  Due to the fact that I purchased it as a guest I cannot figure out how to contact the seller to get a new shipment.  Your site does not allow you to go backwards as a guest and contact the seller.

When you made the purchase you should have received an email. On that email there should be a link to clinck on if you have a problem with the purchase.

The seller does not take returns.

 

No returns does NOT mean no refunds.

You do not want a replacement. There is no reason to believe that a replacement would be any better than the original shipment. Go for the money.

 

Follow the provided link and open a Not As Described dispute.

The seller will be told to send you return shipping.

Whether they do or not, you will be refunded.
