How do I set up my store/listings so that customers do not purchase and pay for items including shipping individually, resulting in me refunding their overpayment for shipping. Some have no problem and wait for an invoice but many others do not.Lately Ive had quite a few customers buy 3 or 4 different items and paid for each one individually. Thanks in advice for the help.

"How do I set up my store/listings"
I wish I knew! With 105,000+ transactions on eBay over fifteen years, I find that the majority of buyers either combine their purchases in one payment by themselves or ask for an invoice once they have completed their purchases.
However, from time to time, you will find the odd buyer who feels the "right thing to do" is to pay immediately and arrange for payment after each purchase. My personal record is 17 purchases, 17 payments from one buyer in one day.
For the last several years I sell everything on a "free shipping" basis so no shipping refund is ever required. It is simply annoying to pay PayPal an extra $0.30 for every payment.
Back in the "bad old days" when I charged a nominal amount for shipping, in case of multiple payments I would make on refund for all the extra shipping charges minus the $0.30 fee per transaction.

If they re buying via .com they don't have the "add to cart" option so that could be why they are buying items individually. I still don't know why ebay is taking so long to add that option.
See my post (greenmangoes) here where I asked about the cart: http://community.ebay.ca/t5/Weekly-Board-Hour-Session/August-13th-2014-Weekly-Board-Hour/m-p/257855/... Sorry I don't know how to link directly to the post.
Hopefully next week I won't miss the "Weekly Board Hour Session" so I can ask AGAIN.
