seller said he refunded but I don't see it?

I paid for something on Feb 23, later the seller said he wanted to cancel the sale. I've been waiting for the refund ever since then and I do not see it on paypal or on my credit card. the seller claims he already refunded me and he can see it on his paypal, whats up with that?

does paypal take a long time to give me refund or something?

It can take up to 30 days to show up on your credit card.

Have you checked your paypal acct. to see if the refund details are there

no it is not there. I only see my payment ot the seller but not the refund. how long does it take to show up in paypal?

Try clicking on the payment to this seller in PayPal.  You might find the refund details there.  It won't be shown as an additional transaction.

I would phone Paypal and ask if they see a record of the refund.

If you don't see the refund, just file a claim for "Item Not Received" (within 45 days of payment). If the seller didn't refund, you will have your money back. If he did refund, the claim will not work.
