What you have is a Not As Described Claim.
Go to-> the bottom of this page-> Resolution Centre
Go To->Action for Buyers-> Purchase History
Find the purchases andn-> click on Return this Item
Choose a reason.
Click on Return.
The automatic system will contact the seller and ask him to send you Return Shipping.
If he does, print it out, repackage the item securely, and ship it.
When the tracking shows it delivered, you will be refunded.
If he refuses, eBay will refund you, and go after him for the money. You can then dispose of the item as you wish.
You have 30 days for delivery to do this.
If you missed that deadline, you have 180 days from payment for a Paypal Dispute.
