Some people are rude, that's true. That will not stop you from going to the RESOLUTION CENTER at the bottom of the page and opening a claim for an item that does not arrive. You have 30 days after the LAST estimated delivery date to do this.
If you miss that date, you have 180 days from when you PAID to file a claim on PayPal.
When you open a claim be sure to check the option that you want a REFUND. Just get your money back and then you can reorder it later. The seller has a few days to respond to a claim but if you are not issued a prompt refund just get eBay to step in and solve it for you. You'll have a refund in a few days.
