LOL!!! T-O-B - what'd I tell you??? People miss that 'link'. We were discussing this on FB, and I told her there was a link on my post to the Imperials singing "He's Everything to Me" and now Nikki missed her link (on post #5092)to the original Susan Boyle. I agree with you all - Susan has become somewhat a phenomena. Yesterday and even today, facebook is a-buzz with multiple postings of the video clip from different friends. Truly ... man judges on the outside and I, for one, am so happy that God judges the heart. For some reason, I wasn't at all surprised - almost expected it. Such an inspiring story!!

Andrew & Nikki, it is good to read you. I likewise enjoy your thoughtful posts.

Just want to share this thought ...

My hubby is computer-illiterate. But he has shown interest because he just found out about Ritchie Bros. on-line and we do the iChat thing with our daughter down under. So he's trying to learn. I've set a hot-button for RB so all he has to do is hit it, & he's in the Ritchie Bros site, and he can navigate & search for whatever he's looking for. So he was on the mac doing his thing and I'm on the PC in the other room. Everytime I'd hear his groan of frustration, I would immediately come running over, hover over him until everything is straightened out and off he goes again. After 2 or 3 times of these, I finally decided - he'll never learn if I keep 'holding his hand' - so I let him be. It was painful listening to him groan & moan, but then he would figure it out or sometimes I would call out instructions and I think by the end of the evening he did learn a thing or two = and he was downright proud of himself to have managed as much as he did. (*he wants his own lap top now - LOL!!*)

It got me thinking - that God is very much like that sometimes. It appears like He's not listening and I feel like I'm on my own stumbling about. But He has sent instructions through His Word and it's up to me to store that in my heart and rely on & remember and apply it to my life. I guess that's why they call it character building. The more I use it, the more my faith and confidence builds ... and I think I just answered a question we had at a Bible study ... what is faith - is it just a belief or is it more? where does it come from?

Well, I better go and get some real world work done. I have a funeral to go to this afternoon - such an appropriate day - tears are falling from heaven. 🙂

Evening! Hope everyone enjoyed the awesome weather we had today and that it was all over Canada! It may rain tomorrow but thats spring, need the rain to be able to enjoy some flowers, i can't wait for lots of those!

Some of us aren't as lucky as others who get to go to Canada Blooms every year in TO! I know I say this every year, but maybe next year I will drive up to see it. Windsor had a small one but it sucked.

Just got in from outside since 8am! Had way too much to do out there, and more still! TTYL and enjoy Sunday!

Sorry I missed you Christine. I had closed down my computer--there was an incident with my elderly cat, her big old tail, and a vase of daffodils on my small desk. I mopped up as best I could, then kept the computer off for a couple of days, hoping things would dry out.

LOL @ your cat Liz! Glad your computer survived the situation.

Sunday was cold, not at all like Saturday, so we didn't get as much done outside, but instead ran all our errands. Lots left to do, trying to spread it out so I don't get too tired and have time to relax.

How are you? I imagine your weather is much nicer, and that you have been getting lots of flowers for your home. 🙂

Hi Christine!

Nice day here. Washed the windows, and cleaned out the guest suite. We use part of it for storage of the summer stuff--volley ball net, badminton & tennis racquets, horseshoes, all sizes and too many life jackets from infant to xxlarge, fusbol (sp?) table, carpet for the patio, etc. We are going to give the fusbol table away--but we have had some great tournaments with it.

Christine, have I mentioned that you are a very nice person? You are!!
