Not to take anything away from Carlos of A&A, but I'd rather hear/see the rules from US Customs (or whoever else came up with the rules) itself. A 'go to the source' thing.

Also, I'd rather hear about items shipped FROm the US, not to as the problem lies in goods coming to canada, not leaving.
