I have fallen in love with the group "Home Free" 5 pc. acapella group. Found them on YouTube during the pandemic. Their music always puts a smile on my face. They have over 130 songs. They just released a "Sea Shanty Medley". Enjoy!

I don't like much of the new stuff at all. My husband & I have always been into all classic rock too. (50's-70's) Had over 300 albums including most of the artists you have mentioned. That is still mostly what I still listen to today. But found "Home Free" & love what they do.

I'll try anything once.
That's how I became a fan of Mongolian Heavy Metal Throat Singing.

For some this song may be very "eBay relative"!! And as a bonus, just makes ya want to snap your fingers and start playing your banjo!!

Thanks for Home Free, I'm definitely going to add them to my playlist.
As for your problem @2nd-time-around-jewelry of liking 50's - 70's music, let me see if I can hook you up. I grew up in a household where 1920's to 1970's music was played. In the 80's I was record hound. I'm hoping my taste in music can serve you here.
If you want 70's, Lee Fields is still going strong with Lee Field's & the Expressions. They had this great number a decade ago:

And here is the best cover of Dion's 1962 hit "Runaround Sue" I've ever heard. The group is called Human Nature.

Lotz,
It's a cool song isn't it? Have you heard of Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats?

Okay, I'm adding 2 more songs to lift you up and make you smile.
This first one was written in dedication to a woman who became the victim of a car crash on Christmas Eve. The person who caused the accident was believed to be impaired. The victim's 6-year old daughter survived but ended up with a broken femur and a brain injury.
This last one I discovered on YouTube. I'm a huge fan of British comedies like Last of the Summer Wine. The YouTuber cut a music video using clips from BBC's long running Summer Wine series. Unfortunately the BBC had YouTube remove the video due to copyright violation.
There are two versions of this song by the same artist but this 2006 version is my favourite.
