To be honest, I know absolutely nothing about quilts. That would be Mary's department! Whatever she buys I always agree!
Looking for quilts on eBay.com I found over 3,700 listings:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/Quilts-/947/i.html
That works out to 74 pages at 50 listings per page. Not easy to have potential buyers see yours.
How to improve your odds?
I suggest changing your handling time to 1 day (from 3) and extend your return policy to 14 days (from 7). Both changes may lead to a small improvement in search results. I would think that adding the size (60"x64" for example) to the title may attract buyers looking for a specific size. Considering all the Chinese junk offered on eBay, you may also benefit by stating country of manufacture (US made or Canada made for example).
Showing a lower shipping charge for Canada and USA may also help. From my perspective an item offered at $40 plus$10 shipping has more attraction to potential buyers than the same item offered at $30 plus $20 shipping), more so when your American competitors offer lower shipping charges than you do. Keep in mind that buyers do not care what your costs are: they care only about how much you are charging them.
Good Luck
