How do I cancel a bid by a buyer who made it my mistake

The buyer did not mean to enter a bid and it ended up winning. Buyer wants to cancel the bid. How do I do this for him (he has been a good buyer to this point.

pjcdn has already posted link for cancelling a bid. But if they already won and the auction has ended/closed you will have to go to your Orders and cancel it, there will be a list of reasons and if buyer has told you to to do it there is one "Buyer requested".
