Please bring back the option to provide PST exemption status to eBay, so that purchases by resellers will be PST exempt.
Ebay.com (US) has it FYI.

Then contact your local MP as it was your elected officials who put this in place, It has nothing to do with eBay...
They have to follow the new CRA rules...
The US Government decides its rules and how taxes are collected, you live in Canada and elected this and that...
But in the meantime, we will tax you all to death, then give you all Basic Incomes (not irony)

Resellers , real ones, have registered to collect and remit sales taxes from their customers.
They can claim any applicable sales taxes on their purchases (including imports) at that time.
It is not up to the eBay seller to decide who is a reseller and who is not.

Completely irrelevant answer.
Most major retailers offer a PST exemption option. My business is exempt as deemed by the government, but eBay does not wish to do the paperwork.

That is correct for GST, but incorrect for PST. PST exemption is up to the platform, and usually is implemented after providing your exemption certificate.
