Cheap shipping options from Canada to US

Hey All, 

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on cheap shipping options for sending sports cards in the $1-$25 range from Canada to the US? I'd like to offer buyers either free or $1-$2 shipping but have had issues with being able to ship letter mail to the US from Canada.

and it is against Postal regulations to do so...

Sold Goods/Merchandise do NOT qualify as "lettermail" as per Postal guideliens/policies/rules and regulations.

Goods/Merchandise must be accompanied by customs information>item description/value/country of origin,etc.

Cheapest option by Canada Post is Tracked Packet.

If shipping via other carriers, research their options.

Are you handing those Letters over the counter at the PO?
Don't .

Of course, it is illegal to use the box outside, or on the nearest street corner.

The next human being to look at them will be the USPS letter carrier who will be too busy to bother with a $1.75 infraction of customs law.
