Hi, long story short, whenever I try to search for something, all of the advanced search options are gone. For example, I searched Haswell (i.e. intel CPU), normally, I would get further refinements such as core count, socket type, processor speed, etc. On eBay.ca I get none of that anymore, while on eBay.com I get the normal refinement options.

I have tried on both my iPhone and my laptop, same problems.

Please help.

I'm having the same problem. The Product Brands filter is no longer an option.

Yeah, same here. I got my brother to try ebay.ca since he lives in the US just to make absolutely sure that it was not just effecting me. He got the same problem regardless of what I got him to search. I'm shocked eBay Canada has not replied or done anything remotely useful to fix such a glaring issue.

I called eBay.ca this afternoon about the missing search options and was told that this could be the result of recent updates made to the eBay.ca site. The customer service rep. said she would leave a note on this issue, but could not tell me when, or if, the options would return. Ridiculous! Almost every single shopping website allows you to filter and refine your searches, and if these options aren't returned to eBay.ca, I'm pretty sure that there will be a lot of very, very unhappy Canadian customers.

I agree. I checked eBay US/AU/UK and none of them has this issue. I find it astonishing that eBay Canada did not notice quite literally one of the most important features that is essential for others and myself included to continue business on eBay

Unfortunately, none whatsoever. I won't have time to call up eBay for another few days as I am swamped in finals. I cannot believe that they have no way to contact them via email, which would make this so much simpler. I will update this discussion the minute I hear anything.

Noticed the same thing this evening with the Movies section, under "DVD & Bluray Movies" there's no longer an option to select either just DVD or Bluray movies.

Yeah, same here. I think almost every single category is affected by this bug. I am still in shock that eBay Canada has not responded or actually done anything to rectify this problem.
