Buyers receive a message saying I don't ship in is area

I have a big problem that makes me lose a lot of sells.

 

Here is the problem: Every english customers who wants to buy from my store says they cannot check-out. They receive a message saying I don't ship in there area (but I ship WORLDWIDE).

 

I am not the only one with this problem many french canadian sellers have this problem (if not ALL).

 

In the name of all the sellers who have this problem I ask Ebay to correct this (I hope an Ebay moderator will see this and take actions to correct the situation).

 

This make us lose a lot of money and I don't think it is good for Ebay's reputation to let it iddle like this.

P.S. I am french canadian and work with the french Ebay.ca so the problem might come from there but no one seems to be working on the problem. They only send us messages saying they are sorry and have tech guys on this but nothing as changed in the 2+ weeks we have this problem. So PLEASE Ebay correct this VERY BAD situation.
