Canada to USA shipping displays "Free Shipping" event if I enter an amount.

Hello,

I'm new to selling on ebay and I'm located in Canada I've sold a few items and I had no issues at all but today when I try to create new listings and add a "Canada Post USA Letter-post" shipping option, It always displays "Free Shipping" for United States. 

When I revise the listing, the amount is set to $0.00 and I can't update this amount to anything, it keeps going back to $0.00

I'm not sure why I'm suddenly having this issue, I had no issues the past few weeks.

Anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong?

You are entering a rate for Canada AND a rate for the US?

 Unrelated to your question but did you research to see what other sellers are charging for shipping hockey cards within Canada? $5 seems on the high side. Jmo
