New Offer Notifications not working (The ones in the top bar bell icon)

New Offer email notifications are still failing; are there any updates on when this will be fixed for Canadian sellers?

Also, today the new offer notification didn't show up over the header Bell Icon! It was only incidentally caught when my eye saw the designation within the Active Listing Actions - is anyone else noticing this?

Yes, no notifications appearing for the past few weeks - either on the site or via email.
